COLOMBIA celebra el OneWebDay como el Día del Acceso Justo a Internet

ISOC-Colombia celebrará el OneWebDay como el "Día del Acceso Justo a Internet" mediante la instalación de kioscos virtuales, en sitios públicos, en los cuales se dictará el taller "Acceso básico a internet", de forma gratuita, dirigido exclusivamente a personas de todas las edades y condiciones que nunca hayan tenido acceso a internet.

De igual forma, ese día se lanzará el documento: "Acceso justo a Internet; Una herramienta para cerrar la brecha tecnológica en Colombia", en su primera fase de Plan Estratégico Básico, el cual, prácticamente se convertirá en un foro permanente en el que se discutirán y propondrán a las diversas entidades, tanto del gobierno como del sector privado, que tengan que ver de una u otra forma con internet, las estrategias y planes concretos que permitirán durante su implementación, que se contribuya decididamente a cerrar la brecha tecnológia en Colombia mediante un acceso justo a internet.

ISOC-Colombia will celebrate OneWebDay as "The day of the fair access to internet" by means of having virtual kiosks, in public places, where the workshop "Basic internet access" will be delivered, free of charge, addressed specifically to people of all ages and conditions that have never had access to internet.

Likewise, that very day will be published the document "Fair access to internet: A tool to bridge the technological gap in Colombia", in its first phase as a basic strategic plan, which in turn will become a permanent forum, where every single initiative and strategy will be discussed with many agencies both from the government or private sector, in a way that specific plans will be designed and implemented to contribute in a very serious manner to bridge the technological gap in Colombia through a fair access to internet.
